Making glitters in photoshop =)

I am currently using adobe photoshop 7, so yours might look a bit different, but should still work in mostly the same ways. If you can't find something, try looking in another category it might be in =) Also, the pics are resized, so if you want to look at the full size, click and drag the image to your navigation bar.



Okay, first open up Adobe Photoshop



Choose a image you want to glitter, and put it on your canvas. Next, choose the magic wand tool and highlight the parts you want to glitter



Now, go Filter>Noise>Add Noise, and add noise somewhere between 20 and 30. Now, repeat the step directly above, and this one on a different canvas.



Just save and animate in whatever program you have. Good lucks!
