I am currently using adobe photoshop 7, so yours might look a bit different, but should still work in mostly the same ways. If you can't find something, try looking in another category it might be in =) Also, the pics are resized, so if you want to look at the full size, click and drag the image to your navigation bar.
Okay, first open up adobe photoshop, and open/paste your photo up. Then, add another layer with the same photo. To do so, just click Ctrl>V with your current clipboard up. Now, on the top layer, change the properties to make it multiply (see photo)
Now, go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur. I chose a 2.8. I advise something in between a 2 and 4.
