How To Make A Cut-Out In Paint

1. Pick an image and paste it onto paint

2. Open another paint program with the same size as the image

3. Make a shape in one colour of which area you want to see through

4. Copy the 2nd image onto the 1st, but do not click anywhere else yet. Click on Image>Draw Opaque, and un-check draw opaque.

5. And there! You're done!
