Evidentally, I have a lot of expertise on this subject. Not because I've never given up, but because I've given up alot, like, 5 times -.- Sometimes, you just need to close, but follow these tips to keep on trying =)

Feeling low on hits? Join a topsite. Not itopsites though, which may ocassionally get down and downgrade your hit amount from 50-100%. -.- Not very usefull is it? I advise joining an aardvark topsite, like this one: Clickie =). If your still feeling down, make a post about how your feeling. Some comments can really get you up =). Still not enough? Well, see all those big sites? Neo-Reality? Jelly-Neo? Sunny Neo? Neo-Faeriewings? They were like that once. Just work your way up. Advertise, get affies, add more content. Word will spread =)

Have too little time on your hands? Hire a co-owner. If you already have one, hire another one =) Or a full pledged half owner. It's even easier if it's a really close friend, someone you trust. Maybe go on a hiatus, and get a bit of stress off of you, but try an open hiatus, so you don't lose your visitor's intrest =).

Hateful spammer or stealer hanging around? It's simple. Ban them from your site. Search for the code on google, there are many codes that can officially ban them from your site forever. If someone hacked and blanked your site, I know how hard it can be... But you have some good affies and partners I'm sure can help you rebuild. =) Visitors too. And of course, your faitful staff.

Here comes my problem, lack of staff. *sigh* Advertise, advertise, advertise, and of course, update often. The more popular your site is, the more likely someone would want to work there. Anything else? -.-
