I don't really have that many rules, because if you're applying you KNOW you can't steal, copy, etc.
Co-Owner
I am very strict about this one. You must have been on neopet for atleast 3 months, you must be active, and you must make EXEPTIONAL graphics and guides.
Graphics Designer
You must know how to code your own graphics; You must have been on neopet for atleast 2 months, and you must be active and use something other then MS paint.
News Poster
You must be on almost every day, and must have been on neopets for atleast 1 month.
Tutorial/Guide Writer
You must know how to MAKE graphics, but you don't make any, and you must have been on neopets for atleast 4-5 months.
